It is a Cru obtained exclusively from olives harvested on the Galantino family's estate, in "La Fenice - Coppa Malva" in Trinitapoli.
Dr. Galantino personally follows all stages of production, from the harvesting carried out exclusively by hand up to the very strict organoleptic examination (panel test). Only a limited run of 5,000 numbered bottles is produced each year.
The Galantino Estate is a Multi Award winning Olive Oil producer, located in Puglia, Italy.
