Join Carlo from Nardini Specialties, and Marisa Mariella from Hamilton Cable 14's "Marisa's Easy Kitchen",    as we meet many of the artisans that create our Nardini Private Label products, and many other gourmet goodies available here at Nardini Specialties. We will be taking a tour group through Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily in October 2025! We will be cooking with local chefs, using our products, to show you some great recipes, as well as taking in all the sights along the way!

Here are some of the itinerary details we can share so far:

October 8:  Depart from Toronto and arrive in Rome and onward to Bari, Puglia.

October 9 to 12:  Explore the region of Puglia, Italy's best-kept secret with its timeless beauty, authentic flavours, and sprawling olive groves  (from our hotel in Matera, Basilicata; excursians planned to Bari, Altamura   (culinary event), Trani, Polignano a Mare, and Bisceglie). 

October 12 to 16:  Explore the region of Calabria with its warm hospitality, fiery cuisine, and unspoiled beauty (planned visits to Vibo Valentia, Piscopio, Pizzo(culinary event), Cosenza   (culinary event), Crotone and Reggio Calabria). 

October 16 to 21:  Explore the region of Sicily with its ancient wonders, world-renowned cuisine, and  breathtaking landscapes (planned visits

to Taormina, Racalmuto   (culinary event), Valle Dei Templi, and Palermo).

October 22:  Return flight via Palermo to Rome arriving in Toronto.
